Before organization had traditional ways of communicating with their
stake holders such as publicity but organization could not reach the
organization could not easily contact with their stake holders. In
the rise of digital world has brought new advance ways on how organization
communicates with their stake holders. In this world of digitalization
everything can reach the stake holders very fast and enhance the profit. The
digital world has help create a networking society between the organization and
the stake holders in that way they will feel loved and valued.
Through the social media had brought organizations close with their
customers. Through Emails, face book and other social network an organization
can publish their flyers, bronchures where viewers can give their opinions
about your product. This is because they are made aware of the corporate
activities done in the organization their products and services they provide.
In that way they can air out their opinions and views about your organization in
order to reach the organization mission and vision.
Also the internet which is the global system of interconnectedness
computer that uses the internet protocol. Helps connect millions of computers
together globally in which any computer can communicates with any other
computer. The internet makes organization communicate with their stake holders
because they help expand the channels of communication and terminate
boundaries. An organization can communicate with their stake holders from other
countries and fulfil their interest without him or her travelling to that
particular country. An organization can also do a video conferencing where
people can watch easily. In this way helps organization to expand their economy
because stake holders discuss their interest and bring new ways of thinking
economy.
In the press conference organization invite the media to hear them
speak, or make announcements or even answering questions from reporters by
giving accurate information to the stake holders through the media. This is
normally done by the Company’s executive management. This helps an organization
fulfil the interest of their customers. This is done in order for organization
to promote their products and services so helps stake holders understand and
know what an organization has for them.
In advertising helps
company promote and sell company’s product or services. Advertising has become
so much part of our lives and help so much in driving up sales. The main
purpose of this communication is to reassure stake holders that a company is
viable and successful. The adverts involves innovation and creativity made in
order for an organization to communicate to the targeted customers. It can be
about a new product or services, creating and maintaining brand identity and increasing
sales
