An extranet is a private site/network that allows access controlled affiliates, by using internet technology and the public telecommunication system to securely share part of business information or operations with suppliers, vendors, partners, customers or other businesses. Extranet is similar to the network of cycle, the availability of needed services to authorized parties, would provide access to the entire network of the organization. Extranet as a website which controls the accessibility of information, brings a range of benefits to the corporate communication. As the visions of many companies and businesses based on profit maximization, this system  would bring results and improving the quality of service to customers.
